Tripoli - MENA
Power and communication services have gone off in the Libyan city of Benghazi for the fourth day in row.
According to Libya's state electricity company, the power cut happened after a main power plant had been shelled in fierce clashes between warring rivals.
Maintenance teams are facing difficulties to reach the damaged plant, the company said in a statement.
Citizens of the port city now suffer from power cuts, plummeting temperatures and shortage of commodities.
