The National Centre for Meteorology and Seismology, NCMS, has urged motorists to be extra cautious on the roads while driving due to low horizontal visibility owing to fog in various areas of the country. In a statement, the centre has urged people to abide by the traffic rules and to take caution on the roads due to the low visibility.
