Environment Minister Khaled Fahmi gave directives to bury the dead whale that was found along the northern Coast.

The whale was found at Kilo 38.5 near a tourist resort.

Upon examination, the whale had fractures in its fins and that it is not suitable for mummifying.

The whale was buried in a 200-meter hole away from the beach.
