Cairo - MENA
The bitter cold temperatures have left Egypt's governorates shivering for the second day in row.
The impacts are already felt nationwide including empty streets and closures.
In the Upper Egyptian governorates of Fayyoum and Beni Sueif, the cold dust-laden winds forced many people to stay indoors.
The inclement weather also led to closure of many shops.
Meanwhile, in Al Arish city of North Sinai local NGOs started distributing blankets and heavy clothes to needy people.
