Alexandria Harbor

Alexandria Harbor Authority decided on Thursday to close Alexandria and Dekheila harbors to navigation for the third day in a row due to bad weather conditions, wind velocity and high waves.
In statements on Tuesday, Head of Alexandria Harbor Authority General Abdel Qader Darwish said the two harbors were closed to ensure safety of vessels and navigation movement.
Alexandria has been hit by storms for the fourth day running.
Bad weather conditions have paralyzed traffic at the Corniche road as a result of high winds and strong waves that exceeded three meters height.
