The day started on a cloudy note in UAE, giving hope that rain could lower the soaring temperature in the country. But there is hardly any respite.

For today's weather update, the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS) said the day will 'hot to very hot' in general and partly cloudy, hazy at
times.

Clouds will increase over some eastern and southern areas, according to National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology. The relative humidity is likely to increase during night and tomorrow early morning over some coastal areas.
