Moderate conditions will remain Thursday across much of the country with northwesterly moderate winds.

According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD), similar weather conditions will continue to prevail on Friday in the hilly areas, while it will be relatively hot in the Badia regions and hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba with northwesterly moderate winds.

Temperatures expected in Amman for today will reach a high of 32 degrees Celsius, dropping down to 18 at night, while mercury levels in Aqaba will jump to 40 degrees during the day and sliding to 25 at night, the JMD added.
