Belgian police on Thursday carried out several raids linked to a probe into the discovery of fipronil insecticide in European eggs, prosecutors said.
"In connection with the fipronil case, several raids are currently being carried out," a spokeswoman for the prosecutor in the northern port city of Antwerp said in a statement.
