Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov on Tuesday called the decision by Ukraine to block popular Russian social networks an "unfriendly" move that goes against people's interests.
"It's another manifestation of unfriendly, short-sighted policy toward Russia," Peskov told journalists, adding that the move "violates the rights of people in Ukraine to receive information."
