The World Trade Organization said Friday the United States had not fully complied with a 2012 ruling ordering it to halt subsidies to Boeing, in a partial victory for rival aircraft maker Airbus and the EU.

"The United States has failed to implement the (WTO Dispute Settlement Board's) recommendations and rulings," the global trade body said in a decision published Friday, in the latest blow in a drawn-out trans-Atlantic battle between the aviation industry's two giants.
