President Donald Trump lamented devastating floods in Texas Monday, saying "there's never been anything like it," on the eve of his first visit to the disaster zone.

"It's the biggest ever, they are saying it is the biggest, it's historic. It's really like Texas when you think about it," Trump said of flooding from tropical storm Harvey, which is barrelling along the Texan coast toward Louisiana.
