US President Donald Trump on Thursday led NATO allies in paying respects to the victims of the Manchester bombing, which he described as "a barbaric and vicious attack on our civilisation".
"(British) Prime Minister (Theresa) May: all of the nations here today grieve with you and stand with you," Trump said, calling for a moment's silence for the victims and families hit by the "savage attack".
