A roadside bomb hit a minivan in militant-infested eastern Afghanistan on Friday, killing 12 civilians onboard the vehicle, officials said.
"Today morning a minivan struck a roadside bomb in Ghazni province. Twelve civilians were killed and the vehicle caught fire," Mohammad Ali Ahmadi, deputy governor of Ghazni province, told AFP.
