The Kremlin on Tuesday refused to comment on the release of a report based on research by slain opposition leader Boris Nemtsov that alleged the Russian army was fighting in Ukraine.

"I am not familiar with the report so I have nothing to say," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told Russian news agencies.
