Greek President Prokopis Pavlopoulos on Monday spoke by telephone to French President Francois Hollande, as European governments reacted to a Greek referendum rejecting further austerity.

As Athens attempted to start fresh bailout negotiations with its international creditors, Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras spoke by telephone with European Central Bank (ECB) president Mario Draghi.
