The consortium controlled by commodities giant Glencore and Qatar's sovereign fund announced on Monday a 7.8 billion-euro deal to sell a 14 percent stake in Russian oil giant Rosneft to Chinese conglomerate CEFC.

The deal leaves Glencore with 0.5 percent and Qatar's fund with 4.7 percent in the Russian oil major.
