The EU's chief Brexit negotiator Michel Barnier said Friday that Britain has just two weeks to agree to settle its Brexit bill in order to move on to trade talks at a summit in December.

"Yes," Barnier replied when asked at a press conference if that was the timeframe for Britain to give the bloc an answer on a financial settlement, which EU officials say could be up to 60 billion euros.
