British Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond told parliament he was heading to Israel later Wednesday to explain the Iran nuclear deal in person.

Hammond said he would speak to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Thursday "to convey our message about this deal directly".
