Jurors began deliberations Wednesday on whether convicted Boston bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev should receive death or life imprisonment, following a weeks-long penalty trial.

The 12-member panel, which has already convicted Tsarnaev on all 30 counts related to the April 2013 attacks, was sent into the jury room to begin their deliberations by Judge George O'Toole.
