British television personality Kelly Osbourne is to serve as host of the NewNowNext Awards ceremony in Hollywood, Logo said Wednesday. The 90-minute prize presentation, honoring who and what are on the verge of a pop-culture explosion, is to air on the cable network April 9. It is to tape at the Avalon in Hollywood April 5.
