The Syrian army urged militants on Sunday to leave Aleppo's eastern districts to give a chance to residents to live in peace.
In a statement carried by the Syrian news agency, the general commands of the Syrian and Russian armies offered the militants 'a safe exit' and promised to provide them with necessary assistance.
The Syrian government, in cooperation with Russian troops, launched on July 28 a humanitarian campaign in Aleppo to rescue hostages and offer the militants a safe exit.
