At least 141 civilians, including 18 children, were killed in a week after shelling renewed in the eastern part of Aleppo, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) said in a statement.
The shelling has resulted in destroying hospitals in the rebel-held regions, Sky News channel reported Tuesday, citing a statement by SOHR.
The London-based observatory confirmed that hundreds of people have been reportedly injured in the wake of airstrikes launched by the Russian and Syrian regime forces.
Earlier, the UN has said there are no more functioning hospitals in the rebel-held eastern part of Syria's Aleppo, where more than 250,000 people are living under siege and many need urgent medical care.
