The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) on Saturday said 29 Syrian opposition fighters and 15 Daesh militants were killed during the ongoing clashes in Aleppo.
Head of the SOHR Rami Abdul Rahman told SKY News Arabia that armed opposition forces expelled Daesh militants from Bell village of Aleppo's northern countryside, about 10 kilometers from off a Turkish border crossing.
Clashes continue between the Kurdish People's Protection Units (YPG) backed by rebels and US-led coalition warplanes against Daesh in the western countryside of Salouk town and around the town, Abdul Rahman said.
The YPG and rebels were able to besiege the town completely after pulling back from the eastern section due to the landmines in the area, what make it advance and take control on village between Tal Abiad and Salouk reaching 10 km away southeast of Tal Abiad in an attempt by YPG and rebels to reach its forces in Kobane eastern countryside as Tal Abiad is the only crossing with Turkey, he added.
