Three Lebanese citizens were injured Tuesday when seven Syrian rockets landed in the eastern Lebanese city of Hermel, Lebanese state-run National News Agency reported. Particularly, one of the rockets hit a house and wounded three people, the report said, adding that another four landed in residential areas without causing major casualties while two others on the outskirts of Hermel. On Monday, a 17-year-old girl was killed and two others wounded when three GRAD rockets fired from Syria hit residential neighborhoods in Hermel. The Hermel area lies just across the border from the Syrian town of al-Qussair, where the government troops backed by Hezbollah fighters have been engaged in heavy battles with rebels.
