The death toll from three bombings that rocked al Sayyeda Zainab town in Syria's Damascus countryside earlier on Sunday has climbed to 45, SANA quoted a source at the Syrian Interior Ministry as saying.
The source earlier put the number of people killed in the attacks at 30, in addition to 40 injured, some of them were reported to be in critical condition.
An attack, which hit a bus station in Koua Soudan area, was caused by a car bomb, and after people gathered to help the injured, two suicide bombers with explosive belts blew themselves up at the site, the source said.
