As part of its regular music performance, on Thursday 2 April, the ROOM Arts Space, Dance Studio and Cafe, will host Egyptian alternative rock band Rassef L'bkariya and young vocalist Nathalie Saba.
16-year-old Saba took several workshops with renowned musicians such as Fathy Salama and Kamilya Jubran, while also performing with the latter one.
She will be joined by Rassef L'bkariya: Dro (lead vocalist), Hussein Gamal (guitars and vocals), Khaled El-Demerdash (drums and backing vocals) and Emad Ra'faat (keyboard).
ROOM space opened in 2014, founded by Ahmed Zeidan, who is also a cameraman and aspiring filmmaker. Located in a historical building which was Britain's headquarters during World War 2, ROOM incorporates a coffee shop with cultural activities. The space accommodates dance workshops as well as a variety of performances, concerts, film screenings and art discussions.
