Doctor killed by the fall of a mortar shell in Iraq

A doctor was killed and three people were injured on Sunday by the fall of a mortar shell at his clinic east of Fallujah today.
A security source told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that a mortar shell fell on a clinic of a doctor in al-Qarma, / 20 / km east of Fallujah.
He added that the shell caused the martyrdom of the doctor on the spot and the wounding of three people were taken to hospital to receive the necessary treatment.
