Three Iraqis were killed and nine others injured in two bomb blasts in the Iraqi cities of Baghdad and Salahuddin governorate, a security source said on Tuesday.
The first explosion, carried out by an explosive device in an overcrowded marketplace in Abu Ghraib district in Baghdad, led to the killing of two Iraqis and wounding six others, the source added.
Also, a woman was slain and two children and a man were wounded when an explosive device, planted by Daesh militants, went off while a group of Iraqi people were fleeing from Hawija district in Kirkuk governorate to Salahuddin governorate, the source asserted.
As many as 94 Iraqi families have crossed into Al Alam district in Salahuddin governorate, he underlined.
Al Alam police forces have registered the displaced people upon their arrival and provided them with a shelter and the necessary services, according to the source.
