Up to 25 people were killed in Libya over the past 48 days in blasts that were caused by mines and explosive devices that hit Derna, about 200 kms east of Benghazi.
According to medical resources, the number of bodies received by the city's hospitals has reached 25.
Others were injured in the blasts, the sources said.
Militants from so-called Daesh group have left the key eastern city of Derna on Wednesday.
Derna has seen a three-way conflict between Daesh, al-Qaeda linked Derna Mujahideen Shura Council (DMSC) and forces loyal to Libya's eastern government.
Since 2014, Libya has had two competing governments - one in the capital Tripoli, and another in the eastern city of Tobruk.
A new UN-brokered unity government is trying to restore peace in the country, which has been ravaged by conflict since the fall of Col Muammar Gaddafi in 2011
