Sister Wives star Kody Brown and wife Robyn Brown are expecting their second child.
The 46-year-old reality star and his 36-year-old fourth wife revealed the news Friday, telling People, "We are so happy to announce an eagerly expected new member of the Brown family!"
"I try to always be kind and tender, but when a woman is expecting, you have to be ultra-sensitive," Brown told the magazine. "And always do the dishes."
Robyn Brown is already to mother to 15-year-old son Dayton, 13-year-old daughter Aurora and 9-year-old daughter Breanna from her previous marriage, and three-year-old son Solomon with her husband.
The Brown family practices polygamy, and the reality star has 13 other children by three more wives. He legally divorced first wife Meri Brown in Sept. 2014 to legally marry Robyn Brown in Dec. 2014, in order to provide her children by her ex-husband with legal rights.
"We have chosen to live in a plural family for many different reasons, above all we have a testimony that this is what God wants us to do and it will make us better people," the family explained on their website. "Our faith is very important to us and it is intertwined into our daily lives."
Brown and his family currently star on TLC series Sister Wives, which recently concluded a seventh season. The program debuted in Sept. 2010, and follows the reality star in his day-to-day life with his four wives and 17 children.
