Olivia Munn credits her hypnotist and boyfriend Aaron Rodgers with her fitness inspiration.
The 35-year-old actress discussed her health routine in an interview for the August issue of Good Housekeeping. Munn revealed she sees a hypnotist for OCD and trichotillomania issues, and said the sessions have also helped motivate her to work out.
"[My hypnotist] said, 'You have to [work out]! It's good for your anxiety and depression," she recalled. "So during one of our sessions, he hypnotized me. I'm not exaggerating: That was on a Friday, and by Monday I was working out every day at 6 a.m. ... Now I feel so much stronger."
Munn and Rodgers have been dating since May 2014, and the actress said the 31-year-old Green Bay Packers quarterback also encourages her to hit the gym. She previously shared a video of herself and the NFL star during a training session in June.
"Aaron is different than every other man I've ever met," she gushed. "Everything a good person can be, he is. He's in such great shape, and especially lately, he's been eating so well and working out. Having somebody in your life like that is so motivating."
Munn exercised hard for months to portray Psylocke in upcoming Marvel film X-Men: Apocalypse. The actress shows off her hard work on the new cover of Entertainment Weekly next to Michael Fassbender as Magneto and Oscar Isaac as Apocalypse.
