An upset Madonna has come to the defence of Adele after Karl Lagerfeld called the British singer \"a little too fat\", saying the Chanel designer\'s comments are \"horrible\" and \"ridiculous\". The 53-year-old queen of pop said: \"I don\'t like it when anybody says anything bad about anyone — I don\'t like it.
