British actress Tamsin Egerton is pregnant with her first child.
Her boyfriend Josh Hartnett's representative confirmed the pregnancy to E! News and said the actor is the baby's father. There was no word on the child's sex or anticipated birthdate.
The couple met in 2010 on the set of the movie The Lovers and they have enjoyed a low-profile romance since at least 2012.
"I purposefully didn't want people to know too much about my personal life because I think a lot of people give it away for free," Hartnett told USA Today in May. "I think if you spend too much time courting people's attention into your personal life, you lose your ownership of it. That's why I make sure my life is my own. I was not a dumb kid. I was a little bit wary of this business. I saw what it could do to people pretty quickly."
Hartnett, 36, is a cast member of Showtime's Penny Dreadful and Egerton, 26, is known for the films St. Trinian's and Keeping Mum, as well as the TV series Camelot.
