The arrest report detailing Jenelle Evans' fiance apprehension last week stated the reality star was pinned against a toilet by Nathan Griffith.
Us Weekly published some of the facts contained on the report Tuesday, including both Evans' and Griffith's accounts of the events that lead to his domestic violence arrest on March 4.
Evans told police she had been staying at a hotel and only returned to the home where she used to live with Griffith when he asked her for the engagement ring he gave her back. At this point, she "was sitting on the toilet when [Griffith] came [into] the bathroom and pinned her against the toilet... [and] wrestled her for the engagement ring."
Griffith, on the other hand, said he had "never touched the victim" and told police Evans "got upset with him and took the engagement ring off." He added the Teen Mom 2 star was the violent one in the relationship, but refused to clarify the origin of several scars in his back.
After the incident, Evans wrote on Twitter she was focusing on school and her children.
Evans is best known for her roles on the MTV series 16 & Pregnant and Teen Mom 2. She and Griffith, her fiance, welcomed their first child, a son named Kaiser, in June 2014. The reality star has an older son, Jace, from a previous relationship.
