Rock star legend and former Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash put his family's Tuscan style Beverly Hills mansion up for sale.
The 11,000 square-foot, 7-bedroom and 8-bathroom estate, complete with crystal pirate ship chandelier and a basement nightclub is listed at $11 million.
"The finishes and decor are great -- it's amazing," celebrity listing agent Jade Mills said. "But the house is enormous..."
Slash, whose real name is Saul Hudson, is currently separated from his wife Perla Hudson, who designed the home.
"It's just too much house for me and two boys," Perla told Yahoo Homes. "We're downsizing."
"I only hope the buyers can have as many beautiful memories as we have had here," she mentioned.
The couple has thrown countless parties in their underground club equipped with a DJ booth, full-sized bar and a stripper pole.
"I have a portable one I'll be taking with me," Hudson said regarding the pole.
Along with a nightclub, the property features a soundproof recording studio, a 36-foot skate ramp, a vegetable garden, a pool, spa and "an outdoor living/dining room with a grill, television and built-in sound system," real estate company Zillow reported.
Mills said that one of the best estate features is that the home is located in the "coveted" gated community Mulholland Estates.
