Bobbi Kristina Brown has been moved to hospice care.
The 22-year-old actress' aunt, Pat Houston, revealed as much in a statement Wednesday. Brown remains on life support, nearly five months after she was discovered unresponsive in her bathtub.
"Despite the great medical care at numerous facilities, Bobbi Kristina Brown's condition has continued to deteriorate," Houston said. "As of today, she has been moved to hospice care. We thank everyone for their support and prayers. She is in God's hand's now."
The news comes amid reports Brown's family has not given up on her recovery. Sources told People magazine the young star's loved ones are "making sure she is at peace" and "just taking things one day at a time."
"Her family is right there with her," an insider shared. "They sing to her and talk to her. They just want her to feel that they are there by her side. They hold her hand a lot and pray with her, too -- even if she doesn't know that they are there. In spirit, she knows."
Brown is the only daughter of actor Bobby Brown and late singer Whitney Houston, who accidentally drowned in her bathtub at age 48 in February 2012. Pat Houston is married to Whitney Houston's brother Gary Houston and shares guardianship of Bobbi Kristina Brown with Bobby Brown.
