Another Chinese member of the popular boy band EXO filed a lawsuit with a Seoul court on Friday, demanding his contract with South Korea's top talent agency be annulled, court officials said.
Luhan, 24, a member of the K-pop group consisting of four Chinese and eight Korean members, filed the lawsuit with the Seoul Central District Court against S.M. Entertainment through a local law firm, the court said.
