Germany and Turkey signed on Monday, during a visit of Turkish President Abdullah Gul to Germany, a new agreement to avoid double taxation. German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble and his Turkish counterpart Mehmet Simsek signed the agreement on double taxation in the presence of Gul and German President Christian Wulff, the German Press Agency (DPA) reported. Gul is scheduled to make an address later today at Berlin’s Humboldt University. On Tuesday morning, he is to meet with Chancellor Angela Merkel and visit Wulff\'s home town, Osnabrueck.
