Egypt\'s customs revenues of the fiscal year 2010-2011 were 8 percent lower than those of the previous year, Finance Ministry said on Thursday. The total revenues stood at 13.4 billion Egyptian pounds (about 2.248 billion U.S. dollars), down 1.27 billion pounds (about 213 million dollars) compared with the fiscal year 2009-2010, official figures showed. According to official news agency MENA, Egypt\'s export value grew by 150 billion Egyptian pounds (about 25.16 billion dollars) in the current fiscal year, or 12 percent over the previous fiscal year, while imports were up 8 percent from 330 billion pounds ( about 55.36 billion dollars) to 358 billion pounds (about 60.06 billion dollars).
