The US stocks finished barely higher as an interest rate cut by the Bank of England.
The Dow Jones industrial average slipped 2.95 points to 18,352.05.
The S&P 500 edged up 0.46 point, or 0.02%, to 2164.25, while the Nasdaq Composite rose 6.51 points, or 0.1%, to 5166.25.
