Muscat Securities Market (MSM) general index (30) today lost 15.96 points, comprising a decline by 0.27% to close at 5,833.56 points, compared to the last session, which stood at 5,849.52 points.
The trading value today stood at Omani Riyal (RO) 4,589,590, comprising a decline by 34.2% compared to the last session, which stood at RO 6,973,755.
The market value rose by 0.826% to reach about RO 17.98 Billion, according to MSM report.
The report added that the value of shares bought by non-Omani investors reached RO 37,000, comprising 0.81%. The value of shares sold by non-Omani investors reached RO 144,000 comprising 3.14%. The net non-Omani investment declined by 2.34% to RO 107,000.
