The U.S. dollar changed hands in the mid-101 yen zone early Wednesday in Tokyo.
At 9 a.m. local time, the dollar was quoted at 101.58-59 yen compared with 101.97-102.07 yen in New York and 103.35-36 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Tuesday.
The euro fetched 1.1245-1245 dollars and 114.22-25 yen against 1.1250-1260 dollars and 114.77-87 yen in New York and 1.1159-1160 dollars and 115.33-37 yen in Tokyo late Tuesday afternoon.
