Work for completing companies draft law is in full swing, Minister of Commerce and Industry Amani Buresli said yesterday, expecting that the bill will see light soon. In press statement, Burseli underlined that the proposed law will help end many of the problems facing companies working in Kuwait and remove the loopholes of the current law. The bill will facilitate many procedures including that of founding new company to help Kuwait achieve its goal of turning into a financial and commercial hub in the region, the minister said. She revealed that international and local law experts have revised the bill which is currently under discussion with members of the financial committee at the National Assembly. "The ministry will take their recommendations and comments into account to rewrite the final version of the bill," Buresli said, adding that the bill is expected to be issued in the coming few weeks.
