LuLu Hypermarket Group launched another big festival “Sea Food Celebration” in all its outlets on Wednesday.
The group has been organizing the festival for several years.
This year they are showcasing more than 100 varieties of fish imported from various countries like Norway, Uganda, Egypt, India and Turkey.
Rarely available fishes like lobster, rainbow trout, code filefish, scallop shell, farmed turbot and hake fish are the major attraction of the festival.
All varieties of hamour, nagroor, naizer, red snapper, rabeeb fish, prawns, mullan fish, parrot fish, sea bass, oyster, mullet fish, and baramundi are available at LuLu outlets. Farmed fish is also available in all seven LuLu branches.
Food products like grilled fish, fish sarsiado, machli amritsari, grilled prawns, fish tikka, fish bun, prawns pizza, tuna puff, fish biriyani, fish strips, fish cutlet, sweet & saur fish, fish masala fry, fish pollichathu will also be the key attraction during the one week promotion.
A vast collection of frozen and dry fish products also are the highlights of the event; LuLu management added in a statement.
