Meraas on Thursday said that it will commence the handover of Bulgari Residences early 2018.
The luxury residences have garnered interest from property owners around the world since they went on sale, with all eight penthouses and over 60 per cent of the 188 units at Bulgari Residences sold.
One of the penthouses, a 14,346 sqft unit offering panoramic views of Dubai's skyline and the ocean, was purchased by a GCC national for Dh60 million, or about Dh4,182 per sqft. Another penthouses is now owned by a European national; the 12,122 sqft sold for Dh50 million. The two deals mark a new record for the two most expensive penthouse transactions in Dubai to date, beating a record set in 2014 for a penthouse which sold for Dh42 million, according to Reidin's statistics
The 15 mansions, the only Bulgari mansions in the world, range from Dh18 million to Dh51 million, and have attracted similar interest in international markets. More than half of these spacious three-to-six bedroom, 10,504 to 29,113 sqft mansions have been sold. Meanwhile, demand for the luxury one-to-three bedroom Bulgari apartments, which from Dh4.5 millin to Dh13 million, has seen over half of these 168 units sold.
