The General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council, GCC, and the Intellectual Property Office of the People's Republic of China, SAIBO, has signed an MoU in Riyadh, aiming at strengthening the patent system under the close partnership between the two sides in the field of intellectual property and patents in general.
The MoU was signed by Abdullah bin Ibrahim Al-Muqaim, Director-General of the Patent Office of the GCC, and Dr. Khana Menjer, Intellectual Property Office of the People's Republic of China Deputy Commissioner, in the presence of a number of officials and staff of the Patent Office of the two parties.
