Belarusian Potash Company (BPC) plans to export 1.3 million tones of potash to China by the end of 2016, the press service of BPC said.
On July 14, BPC reached an agreement with the consortium of Chinese buyers (Sinochem, CNAMPGC, CNOOC) on the contract prize of 219 U.S. dollars per tone for the delivery of potassium to China.
The price has been set for 2016 with the term of delivery till December 31, 2016.
The Belarusian company noted that the agreement will balance supply and demand in the market, strengthen the momentum of economic activity, create a solid foundation for world producers and consumers of potassium to determine future business strategies.
