A delegation of the Urban Communities Authority in Giza on Saturday visited the site of the New Suez Canal project to follow up the workflow at the project.
The 130-member delegation was briefed on the ongoing dredging works and got acquainted with the potential investment returns of the project.
They hailed the efforts exerted by the workers in the project and presented flowers, gifts and meals for them.
Coordinator of the delegation Ashraf Seyam said the visit aimed to encourage workers who are doing their best to complete the gigantic national project on time.
