A group of Saudi Arabian businessmen have visited the new Suez Canal project.
Speaking before the group, Head of Suez Canal Authority Mohab Mamish hailed as supportive the Saudi stance towards Egypt.
"The Saudi political and economic support will be carved forever in the Egyptian people's memory," he added.
He said the initiative floated by the Saudi king indicates his keenness to end the Arab rift.
