Safaga Port received on Monday a ship coming from the United States with over 31 tons of aluminium on board.
The port also received Ferry "Cairo" with 120 passengers, 30 cars and 11 trucks on board, said Abdel Rahim Mostafa, the media spokesman for the Red Sea Ports.
He said Adabia port in Suez also received a ship coming from India with over 52 tons of clinker on board.
The spokesman added that al Zaitiyat port in Suez received a ship carrying 6 tons of butane gas coming from the Saudi port of Yanbu, pointing out that an Egyptian ship left Port Tawfiq port carrying 5700 tons of goods headed to Saudi port of Jeddah.
